Our stay in the Sandpiper room was memorable, especially the delicious breakfast with fresh options and the cheerful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Historic charm, central location, personalized guest service

Parking availability leaves much to be desired, making it a hassle for those not keen on trekking. stair access to some rooms could be tricky for anyone not spry!!! Consider offering clearer communication about additional services!!!

The King Room was immaculate, featuring thoughtful amenities like a fridge and real milk. Breakfast was a standout with an impressive variety, and the quality of the cooked options, especially the full English, was fantastic. The staff created a warm atmosphere, making us feel right at home, although parking was somewhat challenging.

Totally recommend for a momentary pause

Cozy room, friendly staff, with lots of little extras like a well-stocked tea tray and complimentary chocolates that made our stay even more delightful. The convenient location allowed us to explore the charming nearby streets easily on foot.

Hard to think of anything without adding further information.

The King Room featured a luxurious design with stylish decor that enhanced the ambiance. Great having a complimentary cake and drink on arrival. it added a nice touch to a romantic getaway.

Parking in the area can be tricky, especially during peak season. however, you can find parking for £1.50 a day at a nearby lot. Seagulls can be quite noisy in the morning, which might not be ideal for light sleepers, so bringing earplugs may be helpful. Many local cafes and shops were closed on Monday through Wednesday, which felt odd during a busy time, limiting dining options without prior planning.

Breakfast was an absolute delight, with heavenly homemade options that left me buzzing! Plus, the location was a gem for strolling around Rye. Don't miss Layla Mezze & Grill for a fab feed!

Only a bit of street noise on Saturday night and the bed was firm for our taste, but still had a fab time overall.

    delicious breakfast
    missing kids' area

We had a delightful stay, especially enjoying our day kayaking at Camber Beach with the kids. The room was cozy, and the staff went above and beyond for our family of six, including four little ones. The breakfast was truly a highlight!

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great for families.
